- 250 g all-purpose flour

- 1 tbsp brown sugar

- 25 g sugar (for crumble topping)
- 25 g cold butter (for crumble topping)
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1–2 tsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Warm the milk slightly and add it to the dry ingredients along with the egg and butter. Mix until dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a greased bowl covered with a towel for 30-45 minutes.
- For the filling, blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Sauté diced apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for about 3-4 minutes.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread cheesecake filling, add apple filling, roll into a log shape, then cut into equal pieces.
- Place on a lined baking sheet, sprinkle crumble topping over each bun, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
