  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms for about 4-5 minutes until browned. Add broccoli florets and cook until just tender (about 2-3 minutes). Set aside.
  3. Blister cherry tomatoes in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. Assemble the bowl with sliced avocado, sautéed vegetables, halved eggs, and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
