  • 400 g white chocolate
  • 100 g Biscoff spread
  • 130 g Biscoff biscuits

Instructions

  1. Line an 8" x 8" tray with baking paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt the white chocolate using a microwave or bain marie until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and salt until well combined.
  4. Crush most of the Biscoff biscuits and fold them into the mixture before pouring it into the prepared tray.
  5. Crush and sprinkle the reserved biscuits on top, pressing them in gently.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into pieces.
