Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a pot of water for about 11 minutes, then cool in cold water.
- Finely chop the celery and green onion.
- Peel the cooled eggs and cut them in half. Remove yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, creole mustard, chopped celery, chopped green onion, Cajun seasoning, and hot sauce to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Fill each egg white half with the mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
