  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and lay flat on a towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Alfredo sauce in a baking dish; fill each noodle with about 1/4 cup of the filling and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) covered with foil for 25 minutes; uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes until golden.
