Instructions

  3. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, stir-fry the marinated chicken until browned. Add sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets; cook until veggies are tender-crisp.
  4. For the creamy sauce, blend together additional coconut milk, heavy cream, basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
