- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, salt, turmeric, cumin, paprika, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
