Instructions

  2. Grill the marinated chicken over medium heat for about 4–5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
  3. For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream (or Greek yogurt) and Parmesan cheese. Cook until slightly thickened.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Assemble by arranging sliced grilled chicken on plates topped with creamy Alfredo sauce and serve alongside crispy roasted potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon zest.
