  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp peri-peri sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft.
  4. Add chicken stock, then stir in heavy cream, peri-peri sauce, and lemon juice; simmer until thickened.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet; simmer until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  6. Serve over cooked garlic rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
