- 1 pint fresh blueberries (washed and dried)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325ºF. Prepare your brownie mix according to the package directions and pour into a greased 15 x 11-inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 33-37 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely.
- In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies. Decorate with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
