  • 67 fresh strawberries (washed and dried)
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries (washed and dried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325ºF. Prepare your brownie mix according to the package directions and pour into a greased 15 x 11-inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 33-37 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely.
  2. In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies. Decorate with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
