- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 6 cups beef or vegetable broth
- 10–12 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly, breaking it apart as it cooks.
