- 1/4 cup water
- 14 oz canned sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz canned evaporated milk
- 1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream

- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch round non-stick cake pan.
- For the caramel, combine sugar and water in a saucepan; boil until golden brown. Pour into the prepared cake pan.
- Blend condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, eggs, and salt until smooth. Strain into the pan over the caramel.
