Scale
- 1 lb (500g) lobster tails (4 lobster tails, shell-on)
- 1/2 stick salted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Italian parsley leaves (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your broiler to high and ensure frozen lobster tails are fully thawed.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top of each lobster shell towards the tail and create a one-inch rectangle at the end. Remove the shell to expose the meat and place on a baking sheet.
- Season each tail with cayenne pepper.
- Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds. Mix in minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
- Drizzle half of the garlic butter over the lobster meat and reserve some for dipping later. Broil tails for 5-8 minutes until opaque and cooked through.
