Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (500g) lobster tails (4 lobster tails, shell-on)
  • 1/2 stick salted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley leaves (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • Lemon slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler to high and ensure frozen lobster tails are fully thawed.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top of each lobster shell towards the tail and create a one-inch rectangle at the end. Remove the shell to expose the meat and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Season each tail with cayenne pepper.
  4. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds. Mix in minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
  5. Drizzle half of the garlic butter over the lobster meat and reserve some for dipping later. Broil tails for 5-8 minutes until opaque and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with remaining garlic butter and lemon slices.
