- 1 large egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tbsp butter
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Pasta water (as needed for consistency)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, then form into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides (about 6–8 minutes). Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter on low heat, add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and parsley before returning meatballs to the pan. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- While the meatballs simmer, cook the linguine according to package instructions. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until combined; adjust with pasta water if necessary.
- Serve the meatballs over creamy linguine and drizzle with extra garlic butter.
