Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 3 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter, add garlic, and stir until fragrant. Return the steak to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Cook shell pasta according to package directions. In a separate pan, heat another tablespoon of butter, add heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir until heated through. Mix in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. Toss cooked pasta with creamy sauce until coated. Serve steak bites on top of pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.
