Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a non-stick muffin pan.
  2. In a saucepan, heat apple cider until boiling; reduce to simmer for 10 minutes until halved. Stir in melted butter and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth. Add 1 cup of the apple cider mixture and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
