Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and spices (parsley, shallots/onion, thyme, garlic powder, black pepper) to create the marinade.
- Trim chicken breasts and make small slits in each piece for better marination.
- Place chicken in a Ziploc bag or container and pour marinade over it. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
