Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, mashed bananas, crushed pineapple (with juice), and sunflower oil.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just blended.
  5. Gently fold in macadamia nuts and coconut flakes.
