  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup hot honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved (or quartered if large)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sauté the chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  6. Stir in hot honey and soy sauce. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened (about 1-2 minutes).
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat with the glaze. Keep warm.
  8. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  9. In a mixing bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  10. Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  11. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until tender-crisp and nicely browned with crispy edges.
  12. While the Brussels sprouts roast, melt butter in another large skillet over medium heat.
  13. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  14. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  15. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth; season with salt and pepper.
  16. In a food processor or using an electric mixer, whip crumbled feta cheese with heavy cream and lemon juice (if using) until smooth.
  17. Arrange crispy Parmesan Brussels sprouts on plates or bowls.
  18. Top with garlic-infused creamy Alfredo sauce.
  19. Place crispy hot honey garlic chicken bites over the top.
  20. Drizzle generously with whipped feta before serving immediately.
