- 1 (15-ounce) can Tomato Sauce
- ⅓ cup Tomato Paste
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1–2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta, uncooked
- ½ cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved, shredded, or freshly grated
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Sauté ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add uncooked pasta and bring to a rolling boil.
- Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Adjust consistency with water or broth as needed.
- Serve hot with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses stirred in or added per bowl.
