Instructions

- Sear the Fish: Season the fish with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and sear the fish over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden and flaky. Add lemon juice in the last 30 seconds.
- Assemble & Serve: Plate the fish with sautéed veggies, spooning any pan sauce over top and garnishing with fresh herbs.
