Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups rolled oats, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for topping.
  3. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
