  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pound cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. For the crust, crush grachicken crackers and mix with toasted pecans, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Press into muffin tin cups.
  3. For the filling, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add salt and sugar before mixing in eggs and sour cream until combined.
