  • 6 tablespoons of Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of dairy-free milk (for egg wash)
  • Caster/granulated sugar for sprinkling
  • Dairy-free white chocolate buttons for decoration
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out each sheet of puff pastry and cut into 4×6-inch rectangles.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of Vegan Nutella on one half of each rectangle and layer banana slices on top.
  4. Fold over the other half to seal, pressing edges with a fork.
  5. Brush with dairy-free milk and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Cut thin strips from leftover pastry to create mummy bandages on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate for eyes and dust with icing sugar before serving.
