- 1 cup crispy cooked Turkey Bacon, crumbled
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- ½ cup grated Parmesan (for topping)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the meat sauce: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until soft. Stir in minced garlic and cook briefly before adding marinara sauce and crumbled turkey bacon. Season and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Make the béchamel: Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk while stirring until thickened. Mix in Parmesan cheese and garlic powder; season to taste.

Keywords: For added nutrition, consider layering vegetables like spinach or mushrooms. You can use ground turkey as a leaner alternative to beef. Prepare ahead of time by assembling the lasagna and refrigerating it before baking; just increase baking time if cooking from cold.
