- 24 oz frozen sliced peaches (thawed)
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk
- 5 eggs

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for streusel)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for streusel)
- 2 tsp light butter (for streusel)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 13×9 casserole dish and layer bread chunks evenly.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth. Pour over the bread and press down gently.
- Refrigerate covered for at least 4 hours or overnight.
