- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar

- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream, room temperature
- 1½ cups fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Pour over the crust.
- Combine peaches, flour, remaining sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and toss to coat. Layer over the cheesecake filling and dot with cold butter pieces.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until set and golden on top. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
