- 1 tbsp lime juice

- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed for consistency
- 6 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- ½ cup carrot, shredded
- 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
- In a blender, combine avocado, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, and salt. Blend until smooth. Add water as needed to reach your desired creamy consistency. Set aside.
