- ½ teaspoon ground cumin (for sauce)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded beef, mashed potatoes, diced tomato, chopped onion, jalapeno pepper, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of each tortilla and fold in half.
- Carefully fry the tacos until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
