- 400g canned chopped tomatoes

- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

- Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces; season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and oregano. Brown the chicken for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the diced bell peppers; cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Pour in canned tomatoes and chicken stock; stir to combine.
- Simmer uncovered for 15–20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
